Each District, or neighborhood, has a delegate, a volunteer who attends HOA meetings and represents the voice of your district neighbors in community elections, budget ratification, and other questions or concerns that may come up. Delegates serve a 12‐month term and are voted in by each district in the fall. Visit the Contact page for information on your district delegate, and feel free to reach out and say hello, ask questions, or share any concerns you may have.
Every resident has an opportunity to serve our community as a Delegate, Committee Member, or Board Member. We always need new volunteers! Email clientcare@amihoa.com if you are interested in volunteering.
3. Get Approved
Crystal Valley is a covenant protected community, and our codes are strictly enforced. All changes to the exterior of your home must be approved before you start work to avoid potential violations and fines. This includes landscaping, decks, paint, and even trampolines.
For more information, please visit our DRC page to view/download the design review guidelines, the application and tips to accelerate your project.
As a reminder, if you do not currently have any landscaping, our governing documents state that you must make plans to add it within 8 months of your closing date.
