The Association is dedicated to ensuring the maintenance, enhancement, and stability of our community through volunteer committees, district representatives, and board members who reside here in Crystal Valley.
We are always looking for fresh ideas and helpful hands from our fellow neighbors. There are several ways you can get involved in making our community better: Committees: Our Landscape Committee focuses on the maintenance and improvements of our common areas. The Design Review Committee upholds our guidelines and manages the architectural requests to ensure we maintain a consistent look throughout our community. Have a flair for creativity? Join the Events Committee to help plan community events for adults or families. Delegates: Each district within Crystal Valley is represented by a single delegate who are elected by our homeowners. Your district delegate helps escalate issues and concerns within their respective district to the Board of Directors and AMI, our property management company. Delegates are elected annually in November. Your current district delegates can be found here. Board of Directors: The board of directors consists of 5 homeowners in Crystal Valley and acts on behalf of the community to manage the HOA budget, address community concerns and develop new projects for the continued improvement and enhancement of our community. The board members are elected by the district delegates based on the homeowner’s selections within their district. Board members are elected annually in November, and begin their term in January. Board positions are rotated every year to allow new board members to experience various roles. Your current board members can be found here. Monthly HOA/Board MeetingsThe Homeowner's Association (HOA) meeting with the Board of Directors is held at The Pinnacle Clubhouse starting at 6:00pm on the second Monday of each month between January and November.
The Clubhouse address is 2160 Fox Haven Drive. We would love for you to join us and learn about what’s happening around Crystal Valley! Have a question, but can’t make it?
