About the DRCCrystal Valley is a covenant protected community. Whether you're considering new landscaping or simply adding a shed or playset to your yard, all changes to the exterior of your home or yard are required to be approved by the Design Review Committee (DRC) before starting your project.
The committee is made up of five (5) homeowner volunteers within Crystal Valley who have up to 45 days to review applications for compliance to our governing documents.
